STAGGER LEE GOODS GUARANTEE

We stand behind our goods 100% percent. We guarantee all items and cover manufacture defect only (we do not under any condition cover wear and tear). You can ship product back for repairs and Stagger Lee Goods will pay for return shipping via ground USPS.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sale items and custom items are final sale. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or online store credit. Items must have original tags attached and must be unaltered and unworn. Items cannot be washed and must be free of damage. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs incurred due to exchanges or returns for online store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit can only be used in the Stagger Lee Goods online store. Store credits never expire.

 

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at info@staggerleegoods.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

 

Payment

We accept direct payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and  PayPal. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us at info@staggerleegoods.com. You will receive an order confirmation via email after you place the order.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping on orders from our online store is FREE of charge if you are within the U.S. Shipping on international orders is $15 per order plus $5 for each item in the order. Stagger Lee Goods will pay for return shipping via ground USPS for items returned due to manufacture defect. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for online store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

All items on the online store are made to order. As such, shipping on orders is variable depending on item and quantity. Aprons are shipped in 5 business days; orders of 10 or more will take longer (contact for shipping estimate). Bags are shipped in 7-10 business days; orders of 4 or more will take longer (contact for shipping estimate). Accessories and apron leather replacement apron straps are shipped in 2 business days.  

All online orders shipped to customers in the U.S. and internationally are shipped via USPS. Orders within the U.S. take approximately 1 to 4 business days to arrive depending on your location. International orders take approximately 14 days to arrive anywhere in the world. We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note, Stagger Lee Goods is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. We ship to any country in the world; if you have any questions regarding your country in particular feel free to email us at info@staggerleegoods.com.

Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Stagger Lee Goods has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeur, Stagger Lee Good’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Stagger Lee Goods can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Stagger Lee Goods. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Stagger Lee Goods will do everything we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
